This blouse corsage for a young girl's afternoon dress of cashmere or veiling has a bodice, yoke, collar and cuffs of darker contrasting velvet.  The body is pleated to the yoke, but there is a tight fitting lining underneath.

This bodice for a silk or cashmere house dress was made to imitate a full guimpe confined by a velvet corselet.  In the model the corselet was of dark green velvet, and the rest of greenish gray Peau de Soie, and the trimming consisted of bands of the velvet embroidered.

This wais was made of black satin and black figured lace, trimmed with bias folds of black satin, lace insertion, and lace edging, and embroidered with jet beads and bugles.

This elegant corsage of black guipure was trimmed with green satin and black lace.

This waist was of muslin, guipure insertion, guipure edging, small needlework rosettes edged with lace, and blue ribbon.

This waist was of muslin, Valenciennes edging, and needlework insertion, and is finished in front with a bow of pink ribbon.
