This suit of navy blue cloth consists of trousers, vest and jacket and is trimmed with stitching and buttons.  Similar buttons and buttonholes serve for closing.

The suit is composed of black velvet trousers to which an under-waist is attached and a belted blouse of Scotch plaid wool, trimmed with velvet.
