1890's
Cape
Sizes - Small - XLarge
This elbow length cape was seen throughout the 1890's as the basic wrap of
the times. It is cut in the Military style, also known as the ¾ Cape. It can
be cut with a straight or scalloped hem. The reveres at the center front are
optional. The collar is the stand-with-flair style, with wires to support
the shape. The lining fabric is seen at the inside collar and optional
reveres. This pattern provides for a fully lined cape, and it can be
interlined with flannel for warmth. The closure can be cloak clasps, coat
