1895 Lady's Chemisette, Collar & Cuffs

One Size

Chemisettes like the one illustrated, were made not only of plain white linen, but in delicate colors as well, such as pale pink, blue and even green.  Liberty silk, silk mull or other fine sheer fabrics are used for similar collars and cuffs, which are also trimmed with narrow Valenciennes lace.

1870 Collar w/Triple Revers

One Size

This collar is furnished with three revers, which lie over each other in the manner shown by the illustration.  It is double linen, finished on the end with buttonhole stitched scallops of fine cambric.  The chemisette is of cambric, with a square piece of fine linen stitched on front.

1870 Collar & Sleeve w/Percale Trim

Both collar and sleeves are of fine linen, bound with black and white striped percale, as shown by the illustration.  The binding extends round the square piece of linen set into the chemisette.  The collar is turned down in front and upright behind.  The chemisette, cuffs and sleeves are of cambric.
