1930 Salon Trousers

Size A 33-37, Size B 39-43, Size C 45-49

GThe trousers have a wide leg that is delicately shaped and flared at the hemline.  True to the 30'[s silhouette, the fit at the hips does not have that much ease so choose your size based on your hip measurement.  There are stitched down pleats in the front.  These pleats can be released for a more relaxed fit at the hips.  The trousers have front and back yokes with button closures at the side seams.  A small belt and buckle at the back provides adjustable fit at the waist.

Multi-Size - 30-46 Bust

This vintage pattern from 1931 is truly exceptional.  It is a waist length, unlined jacket with raglan sleeves.  The jacket has quintessentially 19030's shaped seams and piecing - yet it looks right at home in the 21st century.  The 3/4 length sleeve has a shaped hem to add even more to the timeless style of this jacket.  There are 2 views; one with a tie closure at the center front waist; and one without the ties, featuring a double breasted button closure or no closure with the jacket front draped open.

1931 Parisienne Coat

Size A 30-34, Size B 36-40, Size C 42-46

The coat is unlined and has a series of shaped tucks on the sleeve that add extra panache to the elegant bell shape of the sleeve. It has a clutch closure in the front so the coat has lots of ease around the body. The shoulders and sleeves are a more true fit (so don’t downsize or it might end up being to tight for your liking.) The oversized collar can be made from contrasting fabric like perhaps a fabulous faux fur. There is an optional flounce for the bottom edge.

1950's Multi-Grain Skirt

Size A 24-28, Size B 30-34, Size C 36-40

This clever vintage pattern uses the grain line of the fabric as the main design element.  The front panel of the skirt is on the straight of grain while the side and back panel (there is no side seam) features the cross grain.  A striped fabric is the best choice for showing off this fabulous design. The center back seam falls ever so slightly on the bias thereby forming a chevron (as shown in the back view of the skirt)  The skirt is very full.  The fullness is pleated in at the waist so there is less bulk.
