Sioux Moc
Size Medium - 8-9-10
A totally traditional moc patterned after
museum photos and displays. Combined with a variety of leggin' styles,
to suit all possibilities, it is a low-top moc with an inset/welted sole.
Style A-This moc has a long point cuff, top drawstring and a tongue cut
along the natural edge of the hide. Style B-Has a longer cut cuff
fringed to the same level as the cuff above. The tongue is also
fringed. The tongues of both are very long. Leggins"; Originally
designed for protection, they are now favored for their decorative use.
These four styles are only a beginning. Style A-The simplest, with a
drawstring under the knee, it includes a cuff or alternate fringing.
Style b_ a comfort option, this one ties above the knee. Style C-this
is the most versatile and functional with a different look. With
drawstrings both above and below the knee. Style D-is any of the above
but with all the thongs cut very long so they can be wrapped in rings around
the leg, binding the entire unit close to your leg. |
