Black moire is used for this wrap in the model, with a thin silk lining.  The tabs of the front are trimmed along the front edge and across the bottom with black silk marabou trimming, and the sleeve forms are edged with a pleating of the moire gradually toward the back

Talma Wrap

Will fit size Group A & B

A talma is a type of wrap with a fitted back held in place by a hidden belt. The front is loose with a center front closure. The "sleeves" hang in long points on each side. A box pleat in the back fits over a bustle.

1871 Belted Mantle

This is a cape like mantle which is belted at the waist. It is pointed at the back, and has two long pointed tabs at the front. A pointed collar decorates the neckline. Button closure at the center front. The sides drape loosely to give the appearance of flowing sleeves.
