The skirt illustrated is the new bell skirt, which is cut entirely without fullness around the top, but very ample at the bottom.

The skirt illustrated is the new spring skirt with a watteau pleat.  The front breadth is slightly gored, the side breadths very much gored and the back breadth forming the pleat.

Multi-Size - Small - 2X

The model was of grayish blue wool, with black crossbars and orange lines.  The frill was made of velvet and can be omitted.
